Oodrive launches iExtranet Executive - 07 July 2011
In response to the needs of senior management to be able to exchange files with complete security and a high level of traceability, Oodrive has developed a tailored version of its flagship online sharing and collaboration solution: iExtranet Executive.
Search engine
A new search engine enabling the content of stored and hosted files to be indexed has been integrated into the Oodrive large file sending solutions. The user can now perform searches based on several criteria at once:
- Surname
- Content
- Metadata
- Comments
Searching for information among multiple files hosted on the large file-sending platform is now quick and simple.
For an advanced search, users can use multiple search criteria and/or conditional criteria (e.g. "or", "and", "not").
The search is also "intelligent" as it only searches folders from the large file sending platform which the user is authorised to access.
