Versions management - iExtranet

The iExtranet solution for exchanging large files enables storage of up to 10 versions of the same file.
When a file is updated, instead of simply "overwriting" the previous version of the file on the large file-sharing platform and deleting it, it is stored and accessible at any time.

This functionality is extremely useful when updating a presentation, retouching images or even amending a contract. An icon to the right of the file indicates that there are several versions of this file available. Each version will be stored on the large file-sharing platform with an index number and users will be able to recover previous versions of the amended file at any time.
