Memo system
As part of a specific project, you may be required to send multiple comments and feedback by email regarding a specific file.
With the iExtranet large file-sharing solution, wasted emails are a thing of the past: a user can simply write a memo and link it to a shared file. All users with access permissions to this shared file can then read and reply to this memo.
Ultimately, a "mini discussion forum" is created, further improving responsiveness and efficiency.
This creates a single, central place for comments and notes relating to a large shared file hosted on the large file-sharing platform: no more risks of losing part of the feedback following accidental deletion of an email.
