Traceability tools - iExtranet

iExtranet offers fully-featured traceability tools. These tools contain two different modes of sharing files online.

Traceability for networked sharing of files and folders

All access to the iExtranet online file-sharing and collaboration platform is traced and archived. This makes it possible to record all actions carried out by a specific user at any time (e.g. name of the files accessed, dates, recipients etc.).

In the same way, it is also possible to trace the transmission of a particular file (who transferred it, which people had access to it, etc.).
Each user’s access list and the IP addresses used are also stored in the address book.

Traceability when sharing large files by email

With the iExtranet online file-sharing and collaboration solution, each time files are shared by email this information is stored, along with the details of the actions carried out by the recipients. You can see which attachments have been downloaded, when and by whom.

Finally, you retain control of attachments and access can be suspended at any time, even if the email has already been sent. It is also possible to re-issue items only to those recipients who have not downloaded the attachments.
