Overview

The need: to distribute and share sensitive data securely and confidentially

Management committees, boards of directors and supervisory boards regularly face confidentiality issues when they want to exchange sensitive or business-critical files with internal or external contacts.
They need:

To share data simply and securely
Sensitive information, whatever its format, must be easily accessible by the members of these different groups, while remaining confidential.

To control data sharing
Access and action permissions regarding shared data must be able to be controlled.

To enjoy a high level of traceability in data sharing
Actions carried out by users of the solution must be able to be "traced".
But there need to be constraints on how they share data:

The administrators and the members of these different groups aren’t necessarily part of the company and the IT infrastructure is therefore not monitored.
Often computer novices, the users don’t tend to be the administrators of their workstation so cannot install any software.
