Why do you offer your customers online backup?

For many years now, we have automatically been offering Oodrive's AdBackup solution to our customers. This enables them to offload backup management and avoid any nasty surprises when disaster strikes (rare but possible), such as fires, burglaries or malfunctioning tape readers.

Why did you choose AdBackup? Are you satisfied with it?

The AdBackup solution serves to promote our technical skills and our effectiveness when faced, for example, with the crash of a hard drive, as it is not a separate internal solution within the customer's own infrastructure, but provides an additional level for any full or partial data recovery.

Very recently, we turned to the AdBackup solution to recover all the data for one of our largest customers who had been the victim of disk failure in their data server. Activity in four of the customer's branches was blocked and the operational downtime proved to be particularly significant.

In a few hours, our technical department was able to restore all the data for this customer. We currently consider Oodrive's AdBackup solution to be the best performer on the market. Financially, it is very competitive and technically unrivalled.

The services Oodrive provides to resellers are also a key reason for our satisfaction. For example, our technical departments are regularly informed on the successful running of all customer backups, by e-mail or via an online management interface. This technical monitoring once again provides a high quality of service for our customers.
