Secure password management

Each administrator of an Oodrive professional online backup solution is able to activate user password encryption using the signature of their choice (SHA1, MD5, etc.). They can also manage different settings for password selection (size, minimum number of characters, use of special characters, etc.) in order to comply with their company’s security policy.

Optimised access and data transfer security

Files transferred using https or FTPS protocol are protected by encryption using a 128-bit SSL key (with 1024-bit RSA).

Detects brute force attacks and sends email alerts to platform’s supervisor

Any attempt to "break into" someone's password by means of an exhaustive search (brute force attack) is immediately detected by our control mechanisms. An alert system immediately refers this threat to the platform supervisor.

Secure file storage
