The Outlook and Lotus plugins embedded in the PostFiles solution for sending large files mean that there is no need to worry about the size of a file when sending it by email. It is now possible to email any large file, whatever its size or format, straight from your Outlook or Lotus email account.

The plugin automatically detects the size of the large folder or file to be sent and if it exceeds the size permitted by your Outlook or Lotus email account, PostFiles will send the large file: the recipient will receive an email of a few KB containing a download link to this file resembling an attachment.

The recipient of your email simply has to click on this link to download the "attachment".
